The results supply information for managers to make positive changes in the workplace. Of the 110 eligible employees, the completion of 73 surveys represents a 66% response rate. Although this rate represents 14% fewer participants than in 2013, it is 19% higher than the government-wide average.

Of the 115 eligible employees, the completion of 94 surveys represents an 82% participation rate — 10% less than the Agency’s 2011 participation rate — but is almost double the government-wide 2012 rate of 46%, which also decreased.

Of the 117 eligible employees, the completion of 107 surveys represents a 91.5% participation rate — the second highest participation rate among small independent agencies — that exceeds by 10.6% the 2010 Agency participation rate and is almost double the government-wide 2011 rate of 49.3%.
