Thank
you for connecting to the Selective Service System from your
high school Web page.
Federal
law requires all men reaching age 18 to register with Selective
Service.
If
you're at least 17 years and 3 months old,
you can complete the registration information, and when you
turn 18, you'll be registered automatically.

The
registration requirement includes all male citizens and male
non-citizens who have taken up permanent residence in the
US.
By
registering with Selective Service, men keep themselves eligible
for many federal and state programs and benefits: student
loans and grants, government jobs, vocational training under
the Job Training Partnership Act. Non-citizens stay eligible
for citizenship.
